An initial consultation will last up to 1.5 hours.  This is your opportunity to tell your health journey story.  From this information I will be able to identify your current doshic imbalance and root cause of your disorder. I will then go off and create an holistic treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.  We will meet again for a shorter appointment to go over the plan together and for you to ask any questions.  I will also provide any herbs required and insructions on how to take these.
